Academic Achievement Scholarship
The Academic Achievement Scholarship is awarded automatically to incoming freshmen, who have not previously attended another college or university as a degree-seeking student, with a 3.2 minimum high school GPA, who enroll as a full-time, degree-seeking student at our campus.
To be considered for the scholarship, a completed admission application (to include transcript and application fee) must be received by December 1st of their senior year and a completed admission confirmation must be received on or before May 1st.
The University of Cincinnati must receive an official, final high school transcript showing date of graduation by July 1st.
The scholarship totals $1,000 ($500.00 for both the fall and spring semesters). Provided that the student successfully completes a minimum of 12 credit hours with at least a 3.0 semester GPA during their fall semester as a full-time, degree-seeking student at UC Blue Ash, the student would remain eligible for the scholarship during their spring semester as a full-time, degree-seeking student at UC Blue Ash.
Grades of F, I, UW, W, X, NP, U, T, UP, and NG are not considered successful completion. This scholarship is only valid during the first year (2 semesters) of attendance as a degree-seeking student.
* Note: This scholarship is available to incoming freshmen who graduated from high school within the last calendar year.
