Academic Achievement Scholarship

The Academic Achievement Scholarship is automatically awarded to incoming UC Blue Ash freshmen who meet the following criteria:

• Student has not previously attended another college or university as a degree-seeking student
• Student has graduated high school within the last calendar year
• Student must have a 3.2 minimum high school GPA
• Student must enroll as a full-time, degree-seeking student at UC Blue Ash
• Student must have a completed admission application (including transcript and application fee) received by December 1 of their high school senior year
• Student must have completed admission confirmation must be received on or before June 1 of their high school senior year
• Student must have submitted a final high school transcript showing date of graduation by July 1

Scholarship Amount and Terms:

• Scholarship is awarded for $1,000 ($500 for both the fall and spring semesters)
• This scholarship is valid only during the first year (two semesters) of attendance as a degree-seeking student

Students must meet the following criteria during their first semester at UC Blue Ash to retain their scholarship:

• Student must successfully complete a minimum of 12 credit hours* with 3.0 semester GPA
• Student must enroll as a full-time, degree-seeking student at UC Blue Ash

Grades of F, I, UW, W, X, NP, U, T, UP, and NG are not considered successful completion. This scholarship is only valid during the first year (2 semesters) of attendance as a degree-seeking student.

UC academic programs have been asked to register their scholarship options with our office. Many outside agencies also provide us with scholarship information that we, in turn, make available to you.
