Muntz Hall Atrium Study Rooms
We have five study rooms available in the Muntz Hall Atrium for UC student use only. Available rooms can be reserved up to two weeks in advance or the day of reservation.
Additional study rooms are available to reserve in the UC Blue Ash Library; the library study rooms may provide a more quiet environment for workspace if desired.
General guidelines for study room use:
- UC ID or Driver’s License required to check in for reservation
- Reservations are first come, first served, with the option to reserve up to 2 weeks in advance
- Book in 30-minute blocks (up to 3 hours/day)
- Reservations must be claimed within 15 minutes or they will be cancelled
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Reserve study rooms in 30 minutes increments for a maximum of 3 hours per day
- Reservations are not required during these hours:
- Monday - Friday: 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- Please remember to vacate the room at the end of your reservation to ensure the room is available for the next reservation.

- 150C: 5
- 150D: 3
- 150E: 5
- 150F: 5
Please observe the following study room Terms and Conditions, which uphold your commitment to the UC Bearcat Bond values. Consequences for not complying with these terms begin with loss of study space privileges.
- For UC students only
- Rooms are for academic work only; personal or recreational use (including room monitors) is not permitted
- Follow posted occupancy limits
- Keep noise low (rooms are not soundproof)
- Clean up and return tables and chairs to their original position
- Leave on time; begin cleaning up before your reservation ends
- Unattended rooms at the start of another reservation will be cleared, and items collected by security.
- Failure to comply may result in loss of study room privileges in line with UC Bearcat Bond values
