Facilities Management Office

Facilities Management is responsible for maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping as well as campus receiving and mail services at UC Blue Ash College. The department strives to provide a safe, clean, healthy, and comfortable environment in which to learn, teach, and work.

The Facilities Office is located in Muntz 108 (across from the mailroom). Requests may be placed through email to facilities@ucblueash.edu to generate a work order in the queue. If you need immediate assistance, please contact our Work Control desk at 513-558-9453.

NOTE: Any service request related to an event or meeting should not be submitted in this form, but should be submitted through the event services form. This includes setup needs such as tables or booths in hallways or room layout changes.
