Making Connections

UC Blue Ash offers many ways to get involved with other students on campus. Whether you choose to participate in a student club, meet with a study group or serve as an officer in one of the many student organizations – your level of involvement is up to you.

At UC Blue Ash College, there are lots of ways to get connected, communicate, get involved and have fun.

    • Full-time students who are attending the UC Blue Ash College and expect to maintain that status for the upcoming year qualify for a reduced rate membership. Proper verification will be required annually.

These resources help you stay “in the know” when it comes to classes and campus events.

Offices & Departments

Online, in person or by phone, Enrollment Services is the place to get answers and receive assistance without having to go from one office to another. Enrollment Services provides services for registration, student accounts, student records and student financial aid.

The Program Coordinator or Program Manager for a department is also an excellent place to start if you have a question as schedules for departments vary due to teaching and meetings.

Student Support Services

  • Academic Advising: Faculty and professional staff advisors assist with academic planning, progress, transition and other academic guidance.
  • Accessibility Resources: Provides equal access and appropriate accommodations for students with any type of disability (visual, hearing, physical, psychological, cognitive, learning, ADD, medical condition, etc.).
  • Library: Find a variety of print, media, and online resources and research help to support your academic studies.
  • Bleecker Street Café: Our on-campus café and student commons area.
  • Bookstore: Get all required classroom texts and lab materials, plus a complete line of school supplies and a variety of beverages, snacks and merchandise.
  • Campus Maps: Know how to get around campus.
  • Career Services: Explore internship, volunteer, full-time, part-time and seasonal positions. Our expert staff can help with resume critiques, interviewing tips, and more.
    • On-Campus Employment: Students have numerous ways to get involved, gain valuable experience, and earn some income while studying at UC Blue Ash.
  • Counseling Services: Provides assistance for students experiencing emotional and psychological challenges, such as stress, anxiety, depression, family issues, addiction and eating disorders.
  • Facilities: Includes maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping as well as campus receiving and mail.
  • Inclusive Excellence: With a young and growing population, UC Blue Ash is at the forefront of supporting current a diverse student body.
  • Shuttle: Free shuttle service running daily between UC Blue Ash and UC Uptown campuses.
  • Social Services Support & Wellness Awareness: Linking students to school, community, and wellness support.
  • Veteran Student Services: A resource center that you can depend on in relation to all matters relevant to the Department of Veterans Affairs and your benefits.
  • Art Gallery: Founded to serve the UCBA campus community. Exhibits artwork reflecting the breadth and diversity of cultural and intellectual disciplines engaged in on the Blue Ash campus.
  • Blue Ash Bearcat Food Pantry: Provides students with lunch for one day, up to three days of emergency food. Open to all UC students. No requirements, no questions asked.
  • Dental Hygiene Clinic: As part of the Dental Hygiene program, students provide a variety of patient treatment services to the public under faculty supervision.
