Annual Registration
All previously registered student organizations must complete an annual registration process within the first 6 weeks of the academic year to remain active.
- Complete the ‘UCBA Student Group Annual Registration’ form on GetInvolvedUC
- Update the respective Student Organization's GetInvolvedUC page
Complete the Hazing Prevention Training
Budget Forms
- Funding Access - to access funding from the Student Life Budget Line
- Deposit Form - to deposit any fundraising, dues, or fees into the PNC Legacy Account
- Funding Proposal - to request funding from the ‘Student Org Reserve’ in the PNC Legacy Account
- Reimbursement Form - to request reimbursement from the PNC Legacy Account
End-of-Year Wrap-Up
All Student Organizations must complete the end-of-the-year (EOY) Wrap-Up process by the last class day of the spring semester.
- Complete the ‘EOY Wrap-Up Report’ on GetInvolvedUC
- Clean and organize assigned storage space in M345

Use of University Name, Brand, & Logos
The state of Ohio passed a new law regulating the right of registered student organizations to use a state university’s logo (R.C. 3345.141). This law went into effect on September 1, 2023. Under the new law, the board of trustees for state universities were required to choose between prohibiting registered student organizations from using the university’s logos or enacting a policy including specific provisions that would permit student organizations to use university logos.
On August 22, 2023, UC’s Board of Trustees voted to amend University Rule 40-03-01 to comply with the new state law so that registered student organizations could continue to use UC’s logos. Please see University Rule 40-03-01 to review the complete policy.
