Staff Spotlight: Radhika Chitnis

When did you start at UCBA and what are your current responsibilities?
I started at UC in March 2023 as the Placement Testing Coordinator. I am part of the Student Life team at UCBA and Testing Services at Main Campus. I report to Clifton several times each month but the focus of my work is Placement Testing at UC Blue Ash.
What is your favorite thing about working at UC Blue Ash?
I spent the past 8 years working from home and moving to UC has been a refreshing and welcome change. My favorite thing about working at UCBA is all the wonderful people here! It is such a pleasure working with so many happy, supportive and talented people!

What kind of hobbies or activities do you pursue outside of work?
I have many interests and am often flitting from one hobby to another! Some of my favorite activities include baking and crochet. I have recently started a pollinator garden and hope to maintain it despite my obviously brown thumb! As a family we love to travel and explore.
What is one fun or interesting fact you would like to share about yourself?
I love the spotlight and have participated in theatre and dance performances at local Indian community events in the past. My latest performance was a traditional Indian group dance at the Cincinnati Art Museum (January 2023).
