Why study Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity of the Human Experience?
The Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity of the Human Experience microcredential is designed to provide matriculated and non-matriculated students with a multidisciplinary understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through the study of history, language and culture, sociology, literature, and other disciplines, students will grow in their understanding of DEI issues and practice skills central to this work: critical reading and thinking, writing, oral communication, analysis, and argument.
Admission Requirements
This program is open to anyone with an interest to learn more about diversity, inclusion, and equity.
The skills students learn in this multi-disciplinary microcredential will transfer into their workplaces upon graduation, where DEI skills are highly valued by today's employers.
